Propst Arena at the Von Braun Center will once again serve as the host for Huntsville City Schools’ graduation ceremonies in May 2025. Spanning two days—Thursday, May 22, and Friday, May 23—this major event will honor graduates from seven high schools across the district.

Open Seating for All Supporters

In a welcome move for families and friends, no tickets are required for entry. This allows extended family, mentors, and supporters to attend in person and cheer on the graduates as they reach this important milestone in their lives.

Thursday, May 22, 2025
  • 11:30 AM – Artemis Virtual Academy

  • 1:00 PM – New Century Technology High School

  • 3:00 PM – Lee High School

  • 5:30 PM – Huntsville High School

Friday, May 23, 2025
  • 1:00 PM – Jemison High School

  • 3:00 PM – Columbia High School

  • 5:30 PM – Grissom High School

Each ceremony is scheduled to last approximately 90 minutes.

All events will take place at Propst Arena, one of Huntsville’s premier venues. Attendees should be aware of the Von Braun Center’s bag policy:

  • Clear bags are recommended

  • Bag size and type restrictions apply

Families attending multiple ceremonies are encouraged to plan for downtown traffic and parking.
