As a lifelong animal lover and Madison native, Shata currently cares for her own menagerie, including seven cats, seven dogs, seven horses, numerous chickens and ducks, and four Nigerian dwarf goats.

Complementing Shata’s expertise is Sheila Cooper, who serves as The Green Barn’s Operations Manager after a successful 30-year career in information technology. Sheila brings her passion for service to the business while supporting her sister’s entrepreneurial dream.
